About the artist
Hi I’m Hannah, the artist behind Verena Arts. I like to immerse myself in my artwork, finding it both rewarding and relaxing. With a deep passion for motorsports, I channel this fervour into creating realistic prints that capture the dynamic spirit of racing.
Alongside my love for cars, I remain deeply attuned to societal issues, infusing my work with meaningful themes that resonate with many groups of people. Each moment spent in my home studio fuels my creativity and reinforces my dedication to producing art that not only delights but also sparks conversation.
My Inspirations
Automotive industry and Motorsports
As the artist behind Verena Arts, my work is deeply inspired by the thrilling energy of motorsports, in particular, F1. The dynamic speed, precision, and innovation found in sports are very captivating, fuelling my creativity and influencing my artistic expression. The sleek lines and vibrant colours of race cars, along with the intense atmosphere of the racetracks, translate into my art as I strive to capture the excitement and passion that motorsports embody.
This adrenaline-charged inspiration drives me to push artistic boundaries, creating pieces that resonate with both the heart-pounding excitement and intricate beauty of the automotive world.
Nature & Societal issues
My work is also profoundly inspired by the raw beauty of nature and pressing societal issues. I find deep meaning in exploring themes like abandoned buildings, which symbolise resilience and the passage of time, and the empowerment of women in motorsport, highlighting their ground-breaking achievements in a traditionally male-dominated field.
These subject fuel my passion for making the world a better place, as I aim to shed light on overlooked narratives and inspire change through my art. By intertwining the natural world with these societal themes, I strive to create pieces that not only capture beauty but also provoke thought and encourage positive action.
